New York (March 2026) — On Wednesday, March 18th, Anne Klein proudly hosted the Women Who Do Awards, an inspiring celebration of leadership, purpose, and impact—set against the iconic backdrop of New York City’s Rainbow Room. The afternoon honored an extraordinary group of women whose work is shaping culture, advancing progress, and creating meaningful change across industries.
Guided by Journalist, Author & Co-Host of the View, Sara Haines, the program brought together leaders, partners, and members of the Anne Klein community for an afternoon defined by meaningful conversation, elevated hospitality, and powerful storytelling.

This year’s Women Who Do Award Honorees:
Atoya Burleson, entrepreneur and podcast host, is recognized for creating platforms that empower women in sports and business. After launching “InsideLINES" in 2019, she expanded her mission in 2024 with Ladies Playbook — a digital platform and app supporting families of professional athletes.
Martina Joseph, CEO at Dr. Hauschka, is honored for aligning the Beauty brand's leadership with social responsibility through initiatives such as their "Giving Garden”, supporting food insecurity efforts and community engagement.
Tina Kunakey, the French model and international style figure known for her global front-row presence, represents a modern generation of cultural influence balancing visibility, authenticity, and motherhood.
Dr. Karen Michele Kostroff, Chief of Breast Surgery at Northwell Health, is one of New York’s leading breast cancer surgeons and a national authority in hereditary breast cancer diagnosis and treatment, recognized for both surgical excellence and compassionate patient care.
Caroline Kelley Rosen, Influencer, strategist and community advocate, is celebrated for advancing initiatives that translate corporate purpose into measurable social impact.
More than an awards ceremony, the Women Who Do Awards reaffirm Anne Klein’s longstanding commitment to championing women who lead with intention, challenge convention, and move the world forward.
As Anne Klein herself once said, “Clothes won’t change the world, the women who wear them will.”
Thank you to our honorees, our partners, and everyone who joined us to celebrate women who don’t wait for change—they create it.
